Who we are

What we collect

When you send a form on this website we keep what you type in:

• your name, phone number and postcode
• the grass and sizes you're interested in, and any message
• for trade accounts: your business name, email address, company type, roughly how many m² you use a month and the grasses you use
• for fitting: the size of the area and any notes

If you order, we also keep your delivery address and the details of your order.

Why we use it

To call you about your enquiry, confirm your price and delivery day, deliver your order and keep records of what we've sold. If you ask about fitting, we pass your name, phone number, postcode and the size of the area to the fitter who will do the job, so they can contact you.

We don't sell your details.

Postcode checks

To work out delivery, your postcode is checked with postcodes.io, a free public postcode service. Only the postcode is sent.

Where it's kept

Your details are stored with our database provider, Supabase.

Cookies

This website doesn't use tracking or advertising cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries and orders for as long as we need them to deal with your order and keep our business records.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@artificialgrassfast.co.uk.

If you're not happy with how we've handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
